Australian Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped with Australia Post. You will be provided a tracking number and a link to track your order once it has been fulfilled.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be fulfilled.

Rates

Standard Shipping: $12 / 2-7 day delivery window after fulfillment

Express Shipping: $20 / 1-3 day delivery window after fulfillment. For rural areas, this could be longer.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside of Australia.

Please take careful consideration when purchasing products as we do not offer a refund for change of mind.

Incorrect / Faulty Item

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact us as soon as possible. You will be provided with the correct return process upon contact.

In the event where the correct item can not be sent, you will have the choice of

• store credit

• product exchange to the value of the product

• refund
